Ænergy
In 2023, the proud West Jutland energy company Jysk Energi joined forces with KP Invest and the turnkey contractor Raundahl & Moesby to create the company Ænergy.
A company set to realise a multitude of solar and hybrid parks. At Ænergy, they aim to develop the renewable energy facilities of the future, building on over 100 years of energy expertise and strong relationships.
At Superego, we have been involved in the naming process as well as in creating the identity, graphic elements, and website design.
With strong ties to Danish roots and Jysk Energi’s successful model, which ensures local ownership, the three companies have chosen the ‘Æ’ as the prominent element.
We have also created Ænergy’s tagline: ‘Clear as day,’ which reinforces the company’s new approach to future energy.
These three words are a testament to the company’s transparency, information, and involvement of the local community, which can ensure the best possible solution with responsibility towards the climate. It’s actually quite obvious.
It’s a quality assurance of Ænergy’s work process, as it’s always desired to act responsibly with consideration for the environment and the local community. Ænergy tailors solutions to each individual project.
The ‘Æ’ is a prominent element for Ænergy and is an expression of its West Jutlandic origin, where the ‘æ’ sounds in the language are often prevalent. For example, try pronouncing the English word ENERGY with a slightly West Jutlandic dialect.
The ‘Æ’ also has the property in the logo of illustrating a solar cell when the letter is rotated 90 degrees clockwise.
It is Ænergy’s mission to create sustainable, transparent, and efficient solutions within renewable energy, and the company has already initiated several important projects.
