In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the company is required to provide you with various information regarding how we process information about you. Below, you can read more about how the company handles your personal data.

2. The purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • We process your personal data as part of fulfilling print jobs for our customers. This may include, for example, your personal data being included in printed materials, or it may be that your contact information as a customer or supplier is stored in our system so that we can contact you regarding order fulfillment.

    • in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, for the performance of a contract of which you are a part, or
    • In accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as the processing is necessary for the company to pursue a legitimate interest that overrides your interests as the data subject.

  • If you are a contact person for a customer or a supplier, the company processes your contact information. The processing of your personal data will occur here in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as the processing is necessary for the company to pursue a legitimate interest that overrides your interests as the data subject.

Legitimate interests pursued by the processing
As mentioned above, our processing of your personal data is partially based on the balancing of interests rule in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The legitimate interests justifying the processing are that the interest of the company’s customer in having the printed material produced outweighs your interests as the data subject.

The legitimate interests justifying the processing of your contact information as an employee of a customer or a supplier are that the company operationally needs to be able to contact you as a customer or supplier as part of our execution of tasks.

3. Categories of personal data

We process the following categories of personal data about you:

  • The company primarily processes only ordinary personal data in relation to customers and suppliers.

4. Recipients or categories of recipients

We disclose or transfer your personal data to the following recipients:

  • The IT hosting company Hetzner.

  • In addition, your personal data will not be disclosed unless the company uses a subcontractor in connection with the execution of the task. Any subcontractor will be required to treat your personal data confidentially.

5. Transfer to recipients in third countries, including international organizations

Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients outside the EU and EEA.

6. Where your personal data originates from

The company has your personal data from yourself or from our customers in connection with the execution of a task.

7. Storage of your personal data

The information is stored for the period allowed by law, and we delete them when they are no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for when information is deleted.

8. Automated decisions, including profiling

The company does not use automated decisions.

9. The right to withdraw consent

If the processing of your information is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the contact information provided above in point 1.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from that point onwards.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding our processing of information about you.

Right to access information (right of access)
You have the right to access the information that we process about you, as well as a number of additional details.

Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our regular general deletion occurs.

Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have processing restricted, we may only process the information – except for storage – with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of a person or important public interests.

Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your information for direct marketing.

Right to data portability
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transmitted from one data controller to another without hindrance.
